The folks advertising this instruction manual claim you can build this device with "garden shed tools", and it can be built by a novice. Then they dive into a very complicated process, using diagrams beyond the novice, using oscilloscopes, using construction that requires drilling stainless steel, buying special tubing, storing a water tank in your trunk. Yeah, right. The theory may not be a scam but, the way this is marketed it might as well be.
