I thought I was purchasing a kit for runnin your car with water. The add is very deceptive. It leads one to believe you are actually purchasing the kit.
What I received is 114 pages of do it yourself instructions. It was very technical for the average person. They missrepresented their product.
I wonder how many people they have duped into buying this product.
