Charged to my credit card 109.85 for antivirus scan. They said i had 42 viruses. Nothing worked. I called them, no answer. I e-mailed them and wanted a refund

On june 10 my computer had 42 viruses and would not let me scan them until i press 2008 antivirus scan. It took me to the site. The charged said antivirus2008 and they charged 109.85. They charged alpha wipes for34.95 premiun support for 24.95 plus the 2008 antivirus for49.95. Nothing worked, i started getting pop ups and porn. I called them on june 11.2008. I waited for 20minutes. When it was time to speak to a support person, amachine came on and told me to leave amessage with the problem and they would call back in 24 hours. They never called me. June11. i emailed themand the 15 they did not respond until the 17th. I told them the problem and i wanted a refund. I gave them my order number., they said they would troble shoot. I never heard from them.
