Starting about May 20 I errored on 1 check, within 1 week I had it all paid off and straightened out. Now I go to the grocery store I have gone to for 26 years, where i never wrote a bad check in my life, for the past six weeks they keep declining my checks, but will take my debit card from the same bank account. I don't write bad checks and made one math error, now this has gone on for allmost two months being humiliated at places where telecheck is used. I contacted telecheck several times and they won't even get a customer service rep. On the phone they have a computer tell me that in six days i will be able to write out a check at their discretion they may or may not accept it. This is an unfair practice and some one should be able to sue them for the humiliation and stress, not to mention the checks i have had to void out at my expense. If anyone out there wants to file a class action against this company I hope you will keep me in mind.
