I purchase contact one year supply of coopervision contact from my eye doctor being told that there was a $30.00 dollor rebater for 1 year supply of Biomedic Toric and a $40.00 rebate for the Toric fitting.
I fill out the paper work and clip my ends off of the boxes in April and sent them into the rebate center in El Pao, TX and as of June 24 I have not recieved my $70.00 rebate check.
I call the rebate center and ask about my check and I was told that they did not recieve my information. Which is bull — ... It was sent to a PO BOX in El Paso. I was told that I had to resubmit everthing I did not take copies of the information that I had sent out and told him that ans he said I would have to go back to the doctor and request all the information again.
I asked him about the tabs that I had to cut from the boxes and he told me that I did not need them. It seems a little odd that I needed them for the first submit that they claimed they did not recieve but I do not need them for the second.
I brought the i year supply because of the rebate. I needs the money like everybody does now with gas prices and food prices going up.
CooperVision should be ashamed of themselve for liaring to the customer and making promise that they do not keep. They should be put out of business
