TOUCHFON is a company that LOVES money and they will do what ever they can to get it. I had services on Herbalink, services provided through TouchFON International which I started in August. Toward the end of November, first part of December I sent an email through my TouchFON account email [email protected] telling them to cancel my account for I no longer wished to receive this services. Two days later I was unable to login into my account at all, and thinking that they canceled my account, which they did however thinking they were going to mail my cancellation number to me, the company did not do this. Today I wish I would have sent a copy of this email for I asked for confirmation to this. Time past into January where I started getting emails stating that my credit card was faulty, I had just changed banks, and I called them and expressed that they had charged me in December and since I noticed they were trying to bill me for January due to the email, which both transactions are not right and I DID NOT AT ALL authorize any of these transactions. They stated that they would wave all the late fees, the unability to charge my card fees and cancel my service. However they did all that but I, quote in quote, "must" pay for December's. I expressed I sent an email through my Herbalink Account, the gentlemen told me I was dumb for doing that for how could they sent me a cancellation code then. I also need this gentlemen to give me a password to login into my account, which was all cleaned out, not a thing was on the account, not even contact personnel. They said they couldn't find an email, which to this day I believe they received and fully deleted this email and cleaned my account, and refused to send me a code for they knew that they, with all things unable to be found, wouldn't be able to verify an email being sent to them around the end of November, early part of December. I can't figure out how they could send me emails saying my card was bad both through emails where I have all emails saved with the first being Jan. 16 from TJ Felman about the invalid card and United States Postal Service but couldn't send a code via email or even via standardized letter through the United States Postal Service. I just got off the phone and they are expressing that I still "must" pay this service for I agreed to their terms and conditions. The condition I didn't agree to was being harassed and abused by this company. This company has not been willing to help correct any of the billing issues, all they want me to do is mess up and state that I'll pay the money for today the lady told me that I had stated that I would pay this $14.99, I told Brittany that I had never agreed to that and asked her why I need to pay for services that I never had. She kept saying that I "must" pay because of the companies terms and conditions. Now they want to send my $14.99 alleged debt with them to a collection agent and then I'll have to pay an additional 50% more for the collection charge making my bill $22.49 because I have a 60 day past due balance on my Herbalink account. I repeat for everyone never ever get involved with this company!!!
