Fight back! I was ripped off too, and sued in Small Claims. File against all parties involved including your salesman! Each Secretary of State keeps on file an agent of service for all corporations doing business in your state! Serve them there, not in So. Carolina. I won in Small Claims, and they mailed me a full check to pay the full judgment! Don't whine. Do something about it!
