This company has continued to charge my credit card every month for the past year even though I have called numerous times (each month I get my statement and see it listed) and left a message to stop charging my account, cancel whatever services they feel they are providing as I do not recognize the company as any that I have ever dealt with in the past nor want to deal with in the future and to refund all funds removed from my account. I have left a phone number for them to return my call but have not received any call back and they continue to take out the funds. I have notified the credit card company and expressly insisted they quit allowing the payment to this company that I do not recognize and from which I have not contracted services and/or merchandise, but that seems not to work either as the credit card company continues to pay instead of flagging the merchant for non payment.
