I was surprised to find a charge of 9.95 to my credit card. I was even more suprised that my credit card company could immediately give me info to cancel the account and attempt to get a refund.
The telephone number has not been helpful - I stay on hold for 40 minutes at a time. Prior to being on hold, a voice message said I could cancel by sending an email to [email protected]. I did so but just received an email saying they would review my request.
Beware. Stay aware from this company. I am cancelling my entire credit card to stop further charges.By the way - I received no services.
