Scott Alan Salomon represented my ex-wife back in Oct and took a rather large retainer from her... And was never heard from again.
I've been trying to contact him for YEARS and he has never returned one phone call. He tried the old "I'll do the case telephonically" trick, and didn't even bother to show up at all for one of the hearings.
I researched his past and it seems to be a trend:
"He won't call back"
"He took my money and never filed the paperwork"
"He tried to do the case over the phone"

Scott Salomon, by not litigating diligently turned a month-long divorce into a two-year battle. My ex-wife and I don't have the money to fight out a divorce with lawyers and we were willing to settle quickly. Scott Salomon never told my wife I was willing to settle because he wanted more money.
He is only concerned about himself and MONEY. I guess this is OK behavior for corporate law but in family law, it just destroyes families.
