1. Permanently disbarred
2. Federal Indictment for bank wire fraud
3. Florida Bar trust account lied to victims / no restitution
4. Supreme Court Ruling: Vivian Kaplan and Elite entities had no legal representation 2008.
5. Victims recovering from financial ruins and emotion torture.
I would love to hear from victims who are willing to share how they are doing today, two years later.
