Service and part department

I brought my Toro lawnmower to arlington power equipment for repair and they estimated $89 when I pick-up they add-up many different item and final bill is $159.
Also, the grass chute cover was missing when I got it back they told me when I gave it to them it was not there... So they say I need to order the new one for $6, I ordered by phone and gave to them my visa #, couple days later I received a bill $12 ($6 for part $5 for shipping) and they will call when the part arrive.
Bad. Bad. Company they are not honest and cheating
customer. My mistake I went to arlington power equipment
for repair Toro lawnmower Please don't following my path.
