Nearly one year ago I got involved with the B.I.G. Payday loan scam (May). I kept up what was expected of me and when I could no longer do it I informed them of the fact and asked for assistance in lowering my payments—that did no good. I had to declare bankruptcy earlier this year due to other mitigating circumstances, of which B.I.G., was included. Now they are sending multiple emails in regards to the debt that was recently discharged. This is in direct violation of the bankruptcy law and constitutes a "contempt of court" under the federal guidelines... But I don't think B.I.G. L cares.
