My inside walls are warp my airconditions has been having problem every since day one that's been about five and ahalf years now kitchen floor uneven kitchen door floor has drop living room

My home is a mess my walls are warp in uneven my floors are bumpy the sheet rock is uneven and not did right my aircondition unit has nerver worked propley since it was install my home was build in and have been having problem with it every since it was built. I was told if I didn't sign the contract I still would have to pay for the home or lose my land and home. I need help bad because it'snot right the way this company is ripping peoples off
