LLP COHEN & SLAMOWITZ (appropriately named) put a FREEZE ON MY CHECKING/SAVINGS ACCTS., no knowledge of previous debt! (Kingston, NY)

RE: Midland Credit Management/Cohen & Slamowitz

I cannot believe this! I went to the bank to withdraw some money for the weekend, and found on my "atm statement" that my accounts no longer exist!

I called the bank, and they tell me that COHEN & SLAMOWITZ put a FREEZE ON MY CHECKING/SAVINGS ACCOUNTS for the amount of $2901.90. I have absolutely NO knowledge of this aforehand! They never sent a letter&and would you know that the bank (Ulster Savings, Kingston, NY) said that they put the freeze on Friday 13th June!

Cohen & Slamowitz (slam you, no doubt), DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES when you call... I have left several messages!

Now, they have emptied all my accounts, and currently collecting unemployment, and do not know if they will attempt to siphon that off&the SHYSTERS!!!

I about had a nervous breakdown, and cannot stop shaking. My anxiety/stress is so far up I cannot sleep/concentrate~! I have been throwing up, and cannot eat properly.

I see that someone comes over to give a subpoena... That hasn't happened yet... I got the so-called "letter" today, and the amount is stated as:

$1460.61

Where did the other $1500 magically appear from? A Lucky Charms Box?

I am about a million emotions right now, and I am definitely not happy&I am worried about my credit rating, which is tedious at best.

I'm going to look into finding out more about this...
