Simple story... My friend got her bank accont frozen, her salary garnished and Cohen & Salmowitz's process server filed a false affidavit of service with the court which C & S was then able to use to get a defaulkt judgment which trhey then used to seize her account and salary. She got it untied by using an attotney in new York who deals with Cohen & Slamowitz all of the time. Seems to have a ot of cases agains them.
Search "vacate default judgment Cohen & Slamowitz". NOw do you think she can go ahead and sue the process server for his false affidavit.? Can she sue Cohen & Slamowitz too? What can she collect? Thanks for your advice in advance.
