I too, like all the others, was contacted initially by Charles Pearson explaining to me that I was approved for a $5,000 personal loan. He told me I needed to Money Gram $935 (first 8 mos. Of loan) via Walmart to a Vivian Barney of Canada (Yes, I was skeptical but also desperate). So I did. This was on a Sat. So he tells me that my money will be deposited into my acct.By 5pm that Mon. About noon on Mon. I get a call from David Parker stating that my loan was re-assesed by the insurance and that I needed to send another $935 due to my credit rating and that my first payment will not be due for 16 mos. Like a desparate dumb ass I sent that money also and Mr. Parker told me that the $5,000 would be deposited by 5pm the next day. Of course the next day comes around and I get another call from Mr. Parker stating that the lender has backed out of the agreement and that they were going to file a law suit on my behalf against the lender. He then goes on to say that I have two options... Get a full refund of my money or they got me approved for a $10,000 loan with another lender and I just needed to send another 16 mos. Worth of payments ($1,900). I told him no way just give me my money back. He stated he would try to get me a refund by the end of the week. I tried calling him the next day and the phone message says "thank you for calling, good bye". So I can't even reach them now. I contacted the FBI in Atlanta and I believe they are going to look into it. If this happens to you call the FBI at 404-679-9000 and report them so we can get our money back and the a*holes can go to jail.
