Mr John Cooper at Pricefit Flooring is a SCAM artist! I spoke with him several times regarding a purchase of Tigerwood Flooring for my home. I was told that I would get "Select Grade or Better" high quality 5" tongue and groove planks that would be absolutely gorgeous. Mr Cooper worked with me on exactly what I had to order to complete my project. I thought I had gotten a great deal at 3.59 a square foot. WHAT I GOT WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS JUNK WOOD!!! I got planks that measured between 4 5/8 to 5 1/8 inches wide, twisted boards, warped boards, taller boards, boards that were not square and every other MAJOR problem that hardwood could have. I am extremely disappointed in the way the floor came together. I have gaps, and the floor is not smooth. I even had it installed by a professional installer. He did what he could with what we had to work with. We had 30% waste, so of course I ran out of product to finish the floor. I contacted Pricefit Flooring right away about our problems and was assured by JOHN COOPER that he would take care of the shortage and help me with a claim against the manufacturer. Needless to say, like the other customer, he stopped taking my calls, and I have now resorted to buying the balance of what I need from another local dealer. This guy is a first class LIAR, do not purchase from his website...
