I paid a one off fee of $4.95 on 1/6/08 to Direct file access and have been charge two more of $39.95.
I was not aware of this until I receved an email from their customer support asking if the service was to be cancelled I need to send them my credit dard info etc.
I have no intention of doing this so I emailed them to ask what the charges represented.
They replied saying it was for Directfileaccess.com.
I have now emailed both companies requesting immediately cancellation and I will be going to my bank on monday to get any further requests for payment denied.
Be very careful.
