Didnt pay his framer and ripped off homeowner for $30000 also has no contractors liscence and pulls permits under anyone who will believe him a true disgrace to residential building

I framed a house for pete and never got paid. He claims that the work was shotty but according to Pueblo county inspector the framing inspection passed with flying colors. I currently am foreclosing on a mechanics lien on the property in county court. He also charged the homeowners between 20000 and 30000 dollars in false overhead. The bottom line is he is still attempting to build resdentially with no license. The man is a liar cheat and fraud who will take advantage of any client who signs a contract with him. Check out his website It claims to be the real deal in custom homes but I and the several others beg to differ.
