Casa Linda Homes sold me a home. Owner financed. They specialize in first time home buyers, low income, bad credit, no credit. The people they specialize in have little or no experience in real estate and would not know that certain things need to be done prior to buying a property, such as getting a tax certificate and a title search done. Their slogan is everyones approved. I have a good job i have a wife and two kids, and also support two disabled relatives. They sold me a house and left out a few details. The paperwork i have shows all taxes are up to date, the harris county tax certificate show otherwise. 1500 dollars in back taxes from 2 years before i purchased the property, im not the only one my neighbors house in in forclosure over back taxes that casa linda homes failed to pay. My big issue is not even the taxes it is the multiple liens that are on the property. Every contractor that preformed work on the house was not paid and such they have all put liens on the house, one lien in particular was on the property before all work began. That lien is a 20 million dollar lien on not only my property but over 200 others across the state. Casa Linda homes borrowed 20 million dollars from wachovia bank to buy property and build homes, but never repaid the loan. They have also done this in brownsville to a complete neighborhood, the olmitto subdivision, which was a 5 million dollar loan from first horizon mortgage to once again buy the property and build the homes. This loan was also not repaid and first horizon forclosed on the entire neighborhood. Casa Linda Homes / Grand Valley Homes out of Baytown, Kingwood, Sugarland, La Joya, Edinburg, Alamo, Donna, Weslaco, Harlingen, Brownsville, Rosharon, Mission, Mcallen, San Antonio, and Conroe Texas are commiting fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive trades and preditory lending. I spoke to controller Larry Blanton, since he signed the lien, about the tax and lien situation and he said it would be taken care of. It has not. I Spoke with President of houston Baltasar Garygorbidil about the tax and lein situation, he said it would go away but it wont. Baltasar also admitted to one of my lawyers that they knew of the back taxes and also about the lien and that is why they finance all their homes. Once again Casa Linda Homes intentionally commiting fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive trade violations and preditory lending. I make my payments on time, but my home will be forclosed on because my lender did not.
