I use online backing for managing my checking accounts and was highly pissed off when I found out this MWI Galleria USA STOLE 139.95 out of my account. I called my bank and luckily my bank had a phone number, the number is 1-800-547-5371. Upon calling I talked to the same man every time I called, which was four times! His name is Oliver, he's foreign, doesn't hardly speak English, and is extrmely rude. I told his to credit my account 139.95, but he insisted I see his "coupons", I told him if he did not credit my account he'd be taken to court on the charge that he stole money.
He said he would credit my account but it would take 3-5 business days, I'm on business day number 5 and no credit. The way in which he recieved my account information was from when I ordered an Igia hair product from an infomercial. If anyone else has bought anything off of TV this is probably where they got your account information. Again, the number is 1-800-547-5371, please call and try to resolve your accounts too.
