On March 5th I purchased a three year subscription to the Economist magazine for $119.95. On March 6th I received the email below.

Hello. We just want to confirm that we received your payment for ECONOMIST MAGAZINE 3YR SUBSCRIPTION 153 ISSUES FREE S/H and had processed your order.
All orders are processed as NEW subscriptions and use the name and address on the Paypal receipt as the subscriber UNLESS you specify otherwise. If
you had sent us a follow-up special instructions through email or ebay's messaging system (such as renewals, gift subscriptions, or change of addr) then your order was processed as you instructed. You will not receive a
separate email or message just to confirm individually regarding your follow-up instruction. This email is your confirmation.
Please be aware that processing of the subscription generally takes 6-12 weeks (3 months) from payment. So expected delivery of first issue will be within 90 days, the same timeframe for RENEWAL orders. Please do not request for status until it's been at least 9 weeks since you placed your order.

On April 10th I received an email from ebay:

At this time I contacted the Economist Subscription service to see if my subscription had been submitted. It had NOT.
I then contacted Superior_Subscriptions and received an automated response:
"Hello. Ebay suspended our account due to multiple violations of their pre-sale policy (http://pages. Ebay.com/help/policies/pre-sale.html). When Ebay suspended our account, they send out emails to all our buyers stating Ebay suspended our trading privileges and if buyers didn't receive the item yet, to request for refund.
All orders that were placed on our store were processed and submitted to the clearinghouse and all magazines will be received within the timeframe provided (6-12 weeks or 3 months). Even though Ebay suspended our account, it doesn't mean your order was cancelled.
If it's been 12 weeks or almost 3 months and your magazine still didn't show up, please contact us by phone at 619-488-4593 or 619-315-5264. Our email inbox is overflowing with all the complaints of buyers who are still within the 6-12 weeks timeframe. Please make sure to include your Ebay userID when calling us or leaving a voicemail.
We will gladly refund all orders that are not received within the timeframe provided."
The NUMBERS provided lead to a full voice mail box. There is no other contact information available.
It is now June 3rd and I would like my money back!
