When I saw the ad on television, I called and ordered the tea. However, when I received the package, it stated that diabetics should not use. I called and cancelled for this reason. I don't check my checking account, only by an automated phone service. For some reason I decided to check my account with my prior six months paper checking report. I found that since January of this year, each month, through June, there has been a credit of $19.95 going to Living Lean. It was my understanding when I placed the cancelltion that it was cancelled. So why am I still being charged the $19.95 each month. I feel I should have this amount (for the months of January through June) debited back to my account.
