Identity Theft Report Filed After Being Told I Could Be Arrested

I know how you feel. I went as far as filing a identity theft report and the investigator told me that if he finds it is me that had this card, I will be arrested. I have never dealt with these people. I have never been in trouble before. My life has been turned upside down because of this!
