I purchaed a a specific radio for my car that I was not able to get the particular model elsewhere. When this radio didn't work. I notified company and they stated it required an amplifier which was located under the passenger seat. Upon my mechanic checking the amplifier, he found a minor issue. Upon reinstallation, the radio worked. I contacted the company and they stated that they do not accept refunds. They would not even accept a restocking fee and called me a con artist. They stated that the no refund clause was on web page where I filled in my addres and credit card information.in addition there was no paperwork in the box that the radio was received.
