Reach Local
Of Seattle Falsefully Gave Information

My wife and I were told that this is a pay per call program, not a pay per click program. Whether it is denied, it still was given as the impression. We were told that we misunderstood. I was not able to work well with my sales person because he takes criticism poorly. Everytime we got together to talk about something not related to this campaign, it was always at the end of the confersation, it ended up about paying more money. I also requested by email For the president of Reach Local to contact me confidentially to discuss my issues with the campaign because I didn't know who else to talk too and I could not even get them to contact me back by email or phone.

I then got harrassed by my sales person about that. I feel that since my sales person has had this problem, my campaign has had problems. I have wasted alot of money on this program. He thinks & blames it on my website after I changed it to his suggestions, but the problem was way before I made any changes on my website. He came to my wife & I at a job site telling us about a page that we can do for remodeling partners because he said other remodeling companies are getting more calls for work than the handyman.

So I change the website to the remodeling based on his suggestions and the numbers were horrible & very low from 40 calls a month to 6 calls. These suggestions comes from a man that has had 20 yrs of experience in marketing. Oh! Don't forget the good things!!! My campaign was good for the first two months out of 6 months. Before I was suggested by my sales person to change my website to a remodeling website not handyman. Of Course he will say he never said it. But both my wife and are again mistaken. So maybe this will get the Presidents attention now. As of one week after making complaint, no one contacted my company.
