I liked the "web actor" service provided by myliveperson.com, so I bought a web actor for my website and I joined their affiliate program. When buying my web actor, I found their website difficult to navigate, but I eventually got through. I invested money in an advertsing campaign sending an ad out to 5,000 potential buyers. With this program I also receive feedback. Several people wrote back stating that the website was difficult to navigate. Several people also expressed an interest in making a purchase in the future. I thought it would help sales if the myliveperson.com website were easier to navigate, so I emailed my advertising feedback to the owner.
He did redo his website making it more eye-catching and much easier to navigate. Before emailing him this feedback information, my affiliate page showed I had 4,000 clicks. After I emailed him and he improved his website, my affiliate clicks changed to zero (0). That's when I noticed that my affiliate ID# had been changed. So whoever now has my ID# essencially will receive all of the potential sales generated from my advertising campaign, while I get nothing. I emailed the owner 3 times regarding this, but he will not reply. This is odd, because we were in constant contact before I was ripped-off of my potential sales.
