I applied for a loan online and that website directed me to other online loan companies... This specific company, ID Theft Protection, offers its services through a loan company called Last Chance Cash Advance. I clicked on the website for that company but did not fill out the application. 4 or 5 days later, I realized that my account had been debited $31.98, which overdrafted my account and caused one of my other debit transactions not to be approved. I applied for the refund online, due to the fact that I wasn't allowed to talk to a supervisor and they said that someone using my email address had filled out an application, and they have yet to give me a refund even though it states on the website that it only takes 72 hours. I filled out that application on the 21st of May and today is the 27th of May and they are still denying my refund. They are frauds and they only reason they say that someone applied for the loan in my name is because they already had most of my information from filling out the initial "Loan Finder" application. I am displeased and now BROKE... And I want my refund.
