Military Rip-Off, Texstar employees cannot tell the difference betwee a $500 Money Order and $1

Texstar Properties,

I am currently in Iraq and I moved out of one of your rentals in March. I found out from my forwarding address that I did finally receive my move out check. It seems as though I will be receiving a little over $500 dollars from my move out. I find this amusing when I paid more than $750 dollars in pet deposits alone. I was told that there were fees associated with the move out such as:
Cleaning Fee - $50
Military Orders Processing Fee - $25 (never covered in rental agreement and never mentioned in move out procedures)
Processing Fee - $30 (didn't you just charge me $25 for Military orders?)
AC Filter Replacement - $81 ($6 for the filter, $22 for the R22 refill, which should be a housing owner cost, and $45 for the service call)
Re-Inspection Fee - $45
Total - $231

I need you to send me a copy of the receipts for the above services and a copy of my contract stating that I am responsible for the R22.in addition you still owe me $450 in security deposit refund. I also need the date the apartment was re-rented, when moving out (since I had to pay a full months rent for four days of occupancy) I was told that my rent would be prorated from the date the apartment was re-rented to the end of the month.

When I moved in I had to pay first months rent, $750 pet deposit and a $450 Security Deposit. The only time I was even close to late on a payment was once when your staff credited a $550 dollar rent Money Order to my account as $1, to which you charged me a late fee and threatened to evict me within 10 days (I was out of state training).

I must say that after living in the apartment for just 8 months and having two work orders that were never enacted on (one was the back door of the apartment was rotted from the bottom and was a security risk to which your staff told me the owner didn't want to replace it, I put that work order in four times and a work order where the Air Conditioner was leaking water and soaking the Living Room carpet, that work order went in twice, no one ever called to have it followed up on) nothing pleases me more than looking you business up on the internet (Google) and seeing that the third listing for Texstar Properties is usacomplaints.com, and the fourth, and the fifth, and the sixth, so on and so on. I will be adding my experience there as well as talking about the incompetent staff that you employ and the "back door" move out charges you use ($25 to process Military Deployment Orders? And you sleep at night?).

Please believe me when I say that I kept all paperwork involved with both mmove in and move out ot this apartment. I prove you owe me this money, and if I have to wait a year before returning from Iraq, I will. I would hope to hear back from you soon regarding the receipts and my security deposit that was never refunded, if not I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Apartment Association, the Attorney General, Ft. Hood Family Housing (in an attempt to have you black listed), and the Local News.

Thank you very much for your time in reading this e-mail and I hope to hear from you soon. I can be contacted through e-mail at (deleted) and (deleted). It is my most sincere hope to hear from you very soon.
