I made the unfortunate mistake of moving to Spain to work for these people.
My first day in Telemarketing I was given a book on the French Cote Dzure and told to learn it.
The working conditions were abysmal and everyone had to take breaks at the same time. You end up having to work 7 day weeks and there is no proof that anyone who has gone on a viewing trip has bought.
The people in management are mentally retarded or brainwashed and think that shouting achieves results.
As a new telemarketer you get RIPs (dead leads from application forms filled out at exhibitions by unsuspecting clients). These RIPs are called time and time again and you have to fill in a call sheet for every call made. The only way to get new clients is from the exhibitions as the manager get any decent internet leads... Its a sham.
They also expect you to sign an agreement to say that if you set up on your own they will fine you 60,000... Yeah right, Darragh you moron.
Talking of Darragh, a man who has two bodyguards as he has upset so many people, he wont allow staff to wear red... Yet has a red car. He does like his wednesday morning clapping sessions where they can try and brainwash people into believing they are the only company in existence.
In fact I could safely say that MRI is the most appalling company ever.in short, if you see these people advertising for jobs or offering property for sale, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not have anything to do with them.
