These calls were made sometimes 3 or 4 within a minute... These calls total $50.54 and they just told me flatly they will not credit my account.
They can not tell me the name of the person called. I know no one in this area... They could have been nice to me and told me they would check further on this and get back to me. I think there must be a problem in the phone lines somewhere. Why would anyone call the same number 140 times in a few days and then stop calling?
I think this company needs to have someone to work a little better with customers. What happened to the customer is always right?
