I work for a GOVERNMENT office that is affiliated with the state of Michigan and we continue to recieve telephone calls for a delinquent customer who does not work with this office and NEVER has.ccB has called this office over a period of 6 months at least once per month asking for this customer. Each time the customer service representative has been told that this person does not work here and NEVER has and we are then told that our telephone number will be removed, but the next month someone is calling again.
More than once we have asked to speak with a supervisor and are told that this will stop immediately, we have written a letter to the company stating these same facts as well, but the calls continue. Most recently I was told that the calls will stop after the third attempt has been made to reach the customer and that the number (s) to this office are no longer showing in the computer as numbers for this customer but there have been more than three calls made to this office and I guarantee that there will be another call next month.
Get it together and when someone tells you that your
Customer doesn't (and never has) work there leave them
