I traded my truck in at Bill Heard Chevrolet in Union City and bought a custom Chevy SS Truck. I went with my friend to be a co-signer for him to help him out.instead of letting me co-sign with him they made me the buyer and he was nowhere on the application.
In one night they financed me for two trucks totally $78,000. They went through 2 different banks to process the loans, but never completely went through on the Colorado.
About 3 weeks after I purchased the trucks I noticed I had not got a payment book yet. I called the dealership and they said they would look into and call back. A few days after that I recieved a call saying that the deal for the trucks was off and I had to return them for them to do a Buy Back. They said I should of never been able to buy 2 trucks totally $78,000 because my income didn't support that.
So I returned the Colorado the next day, but they told me they would end a wrecker to pick up the SS. A few days after that a wrecker came and picked up the SS at my parents house. I went back to the dealership to get my old truck they took on trade-in, but they had sold it and there was nothing they could do. I fought tooth and nail because I had one truck I traded and got 2 trucks, then they bought those 2 trucks back and I was left with nothing.
When the wrecker picked up the SS I called the dealership and informed them that the wrecker picked up the truck and they said I should have no other problems, other than the fact that I did not have any sort of vehicle.
About a month after all this happened I started getting calls from Wells Fargo, the bank that financed the SS. They were harrassing me telling me I haven't made a payment on the truck yet and they were going to come repossess it. I informed the bank associate that I did not have the truck anymore that Bill Heard had to buy it back, the deal was null and void. The bank associate informed me that according to her records and my credit report that I still had the truck in my possession and I was not paying for it. I kept trying to explain that the wrecker from the dealer picked it up, but she kept telling me that I was lying.
I have been going back and forth with Wells Fargo and Bill Heard Chevrolet about this SS truck for almost 2 years and they still tell me I am lying and I have the truck. The bank has been harassing me, my parents and my grandmother. Yelling at my family saying they are lying and covering up for me. I am so sick of the constant harrassment. My parents don't answer their house phone, they screen their calls because of Wells Fargo associates.
I tried to find a lawyer to help me, but I couldn't afford to pay one. I can't even buy a new car because it is still on my credit and I can't seem to get it off and I am still being harrassed!!!
