Charge to my account no authorization to do it called number wont give money back to us says they cant do it

Hello,
Noticed on bank statement a charge for 44.89. Called the 800 number that was on the statement, talked to a female that worked there, she told me it was a down payment for magzines, i told her i didnt authorize them to send them to me or bill me for them. I dont know how they are getting our account information. She then said that they cant give the money back as it was a downpayment for the magazines "that i ordered". So i am an American Soldier Currently serving in Iraq, risking my life everyday so these people can take money from me. Im in contact with my bank right now and getting my money back. Please read this Warning!
