This complex has a part time maintenance man who has limited abilities. Thats being kind. The complex has major water leaks and hot water is scarce luke warm is the norm.
I've had aleak in my apartment now for months and it still hasnt been fixed. Their is water leaking under apartments causing the heat coming up from the floor to be unbearable.
I've heard one girl has to run her ac. Too keep her house cool.
At night its not safe to keep your windows open because of crime.
Their is no security. Cars have been stolen on numerous occassions.
The manager and owner are like a hot looking nun they promise alot but never deliver.
The turnover rate is high and the class of tenants isnt that great... And like most places rent must be paid in full no discounts for services you dont get.
