First they sent me a product I never ordered. I thought it was once of those free promotional items some companies send out. I didn't give it a second thought. Then the charge hit my VISA.By the time I had sent in a disputed charge report to VISA, Allure had already hit my card again, this time for $94.
No one ever answers their phone at Allure. And their automated voice system gives you a couple of options, but canceling their services isn't one of them. Then they just kick you off the line. No real people to talk to, or scream at in my case.
I've wasted hours on this already, including filing this report. Now its time to call VISA-911 and get these people put out of business. They should be prosecuted for fraud or theft in my opinion.
