The company is Ultima Patch - product is Colon Complex and the complaint sounds familiar. I ordered a free sample in Sept and was charged for shipping but received nothing till Dec12 along with 2 full orders @$95ea and was told that I didn't cancel the auto ship in time to avoid the charges if I didn't like the product. I was never told of a delay in shipping but this seems to be this company's scam and once they have your card # —YOURE SCREWED!!!
