Lauren Wibbelman, NCI Construction, NW Commercial Improvements, Inc Lies. Theft. Deciept. Manipulation. Domestic Violence. Outragous temper. Drug abuse. Alcohol abuse

Lauren Wibbelman is a manipulative liar. He is money hungry and out to get anyone who gets in his way. He has a known anger management issue and extreme caution should be taken when in contact with him!

Lauren Wibbelman is in the process of sueing his own daughter See her responce to lawers below:

March Grandmother became extremely ill, had leg amputated. LouAnn Wibbelman needed more time to help with her.

I decided to leave employment at Pacific NW Basements to work for Lauren Wibbelman at NCI Construction in Cle Elum
May Lauren convinced me to sell my condo to my sister for exactly what I owed on my loan - giving my equity to my sister, I was to get my equity back when NCI built a home on my new property at 90 Summerside Drive, Cle Elum.

Lauren remodeled the condo for my sister; in return he was to build me a small cabin beneath the snow roof where trailer currently resides. Verbal agreement between LouAnn Wibbelman, Lauren Wibbelman and Mischa Wibbelman was that NCI Construction was to build a home and provide a water source; upon completion I was to obtain a loan for $120,000 to repay LouAnn & Lauren for initial purchase costs.

In November LouAnn decided to divorce Lauren and moved out. Lauren began to ask me to perform illegal tasks:

OChange their joint bank account to his personal account

OChange merchant services for Alpine River Cabins, LLC to deposit all proceeds to Laurens personal bank account

OHe asked me to take hours that employees worked on Laurens personal property and post them to the highest paying job on his books, to drive up the labor costs resulting in a drop in net profits and making it appear the company was in financial trouble. I refused to perform tasks I felt to be illegal and immoral due to the direct impact they would have on my mother.

Lauren began to verbally abuse my mother and myself. He caused damage to her vehicle by writing obscenities in the paint. He threatened to gut her with a knife and plastered photo copies of the hunting knife I had given him as a gift for Christmas all over my mother's vehicle. At this point I felt I was in danger also, due to his actions

Over the span of my life I have been physically, verbally and emotionally abused by my father, causing me to sincerely fear him.

April 11 I was cornered by my father hovering over me and was told that I have to sign this promissory note, even though I objected because it did not state anything regarding his end of our verbal agreement. I was backed against the desk, with my father only inches from my face and standing between me and the door. I refused to sign the document; he raised his fist at me and told me it was not a negotiation. At this point I signed the document & left the premises in fear for my life.

The next day when I arrived for work Lauren began yelling at me telling me that I was sabotaging his new employee Michelle Bennett who was just under qualified for the position. When I confronted him, he jumped out of his chair screaming at me and flailing his arms to Get the f*k off his property and never come back.

At this point I ran out of the office and towards my vehicle, where he ran after me with his fist clenched. I had to jump in my truck and slam the door to protect myself. He yelled at me to get off his property and to take your f*ing horses too
That evening I moved my horse to my house and did not return.

I filed for unemployment benefits which were eventually awarded to me after a long appeal process due to the constant lies and deception of Lauren Wibbelman.

A month or so later my father came to my home with my boyfriend Brian's snowmobiles loaded on the back of his flat bed pick up. He stopped in my gravel driveway and hit the gas causing the tires to spin and making the snowmobiles fly off the back of the truck landing in my driveway with cracked hoods, skis and support bars. He then placed nails under all four tires of my truck and loaded my 1980's riding lawn mower on to his vehicle and stole it. I was forced to call the police to have my lawn mower returned to me. I am still making payments on the 4 tires I was forced to purchase.

July I had planned a weekend with my mother and boyfriend to go to our Leavenworth Cabin for my birthday. 2 days before I was leaving I received a letter on my door that Lauren left for me stating that he would not allow anyone to use his cabin until the divorce was final (even though this was the family's cabin). I decided to cancel the trip because I was in fear of how he would react if we went.

July I received a letter from Lauren's attorney demanding $120,000 plus 12% interest for the purchase of my property. I called Lauren to talk to him about the fact that he did not do his part of the agreement therefore I did not owe him that amount of money. I discussed deciding on a lesser amount to reflect the equity I was told to give to my sister. He began to lie to me and said that was not what our original deal was. I contacted LouAnn who recited the agreement to me exactly as I stated above, she said she was not collecting on any part of the debt because they had not completed their portion of the agreement.
