I am a victim of fraud, due to Ralphlaurenpolo.com advertising outlet discount prices for Ralph Lauren merchandise.
I purchased four polo T-shirts, which look like official Ralph Lauren products on the advertisement on the web site, However, the merchandise are total Fakes.
The quality is poor and the only thing I got from this company that resembled quality expected from Ralph Lauren was the plastic bag that it came in.
I am now out of pocket $190-.
There customer service is an email addrress, where you won't get any satisfaction. As I tried to cancel this order before it was shipped, However, they sent the order reguardless of my request.
Now they expect me to ship these goods back to China at my own expense, plus a 10% bank charge, plus a 15% restocking fee, which will propbably equate to another $100 and no guarantee that they will even recieve the goods upon return.
Do Not Use this company if you want quality Ralph Lauren goods, because you will be ripped off just like me!!
