I have my Account balances sent to me every morning by text. On May 14 I recieved a text with my ballance. I noticed it was close to one hundred dollars off from what I thought it should be. I went Online and pulled up my transaction history. Sure enough there was this $88.97 Charge and the transaction discription was (COLONSML888-765-5557 SUN VALLEY CA). I had not done any shopping online or otherwise so I knew this had to be some kind of a mistake. I called the number listed on transaction detail and its a Automated voice system that has options 1-4,1 being sales and 3-4 redirecting you to visit thier web-site www.colonsmartcleanser.com. I pressed one since it was the only option that would lead to a real person. I am on my 6th hour so far soon I will have to go to bed and ill hang up. Obviously no one will answer. The e-mail address they provide is errouneous as well. I did a state of Calofornia corporations check and found nothing. I also did a reverse Look up on thier web domain name and there is no business address or any contact information listed. Which is a requirment if your business engages in interstate commerce. This Bogus Company was not set up by just any dummy scam artist this person (s) are very savy and know how to elude consumers and officials. So chances are no one will get thier money back, but we all can keep blogging and fileing reports with the FDA, Intetrnet crime Investigation (IC3), Better Bussiness Bureu's, California State Att Gen. I have a friend near Sun Valley, CA and I am sending him to pay them a visit and see if the business location is legitimate or just a front. $88.97 is not going to make or break me, but im pissed... It is the same as being robbed on the street. I am a Pre-Law student, and will use of my contacts to see what can be done. This Company diddled the wrong joe. If all of us who have been robbed by COLONSMARTCLEANSER.com got together Im sure we could accomplish more. I have read over 1000 blogs of dupped consumers so far, Im surprised a class-action has not been intiated.
