I have been calling this company Colon Smart to tell them that I want to cancel this account, but to every time I call I cannot seem to reach anyone, and so I left a message that I want them to cancel the account. I even sent an e-mail to them the best way I know how, and still I have not received a response from them and they are still charging my account which keep putting me in overdraft. I have very little money to work with in paying my bills and so on, and they are messing me up. I am so very upset.
