Ive known this company connectv for about 8 years since the business just started... I have been working there for about 4 years... 3 years ago the pay was good and in order, but lately this company has been audited by state of california (LABOR) because of ripping off the technician by not paying their regular hours and overtime... Also some pieceworks jobs... They cut pay some installs and upgrades job without giving a good reason why??? $25 to 30 per job is a big money... Wow what a rip-off... Also the race discrimination was continue... Some of my paycheck disputes was never receive and benefits 401k has been removed... If anyone or any techinician wants to sue this company sue them now or take it to class action and dont let them get away with it...
A good technicians and productive should be kept because he is a good assets to the company and the seniority should apply and not to be disregard... Some of the supervisors and manager should know better not to think their own needs... Only if i know... The owner find outs about this. I think he should do something about it... Because your business is in corrupt and bad leasders you have in positions... Many technicians are trying to get union just to protect their jobs but your business somehow is lucky, because until now the union can not get in...
And to all technicians that has against this company... Pls. Call each other and if you talk to them spread the news and take it to class action case...
