Avalon Oaks, LLC (apartment Management)
Stole my money. Refused to pro-rate when I moved out 14 days before the end of the month. Threatened Eviction unjustly

I lived at Avalon apartments for two years. When it was time for me to move out I gave the required 45 day notice. Since my move out day was 14 days before the end of the month. I called to see what my pro-rated rent would be for the month. The office manager (Shawna) said, "we only pro-rate in, not out." In my mind that is stealing, what adds up to be $220.

I went ahead and paid the total price of rent for that month. (I thought) I wasnt informed of the month to month charge the added for the last month.
Then Shawna puts a note with my check inside it on my door, threatening eviction if I dont pay $726. (my rent was 540) With no explanation why she added $186.

My point is they knew i was moving out in 2 weeks and they threaten to EVICT me. I have never paid late, never had any problems at all. This company is TERRIBLE. No since of customer satisfaction. They dont care.
