I have had similar problems with Flycell.com
Charges suddenly appeared at $9.95 per month, even though I dont recall signing up for their recurring "services."
I cant even log in to flycell.com even though there's a link through Google.
At their parent's site (apparently headquartered in Rome), its all about investment. If there's a customer service number, its buried so deep there is no doubt they dont want to hear from anyone.
So I called my celphone provider, T-Mobile. Apparently they've had enough complaint calls that they didnt have to research it. The rep told me to respond to any of their text messages with a one word reply:
Stop
She also agreed to reverse the charges from Flycell.
Cant guarantee this will work for others, but it may assist in getting results.
