Received an unsolicited text from flycell on my cell phone. Soon there after I got a bill from T-Mobile that included 9.99 from flycell.com for services I never requested, used or authorized. T-Mobile was very helpful, and advised me to reply to the text with the word "stop" in the future. Didn't know it at the time and just deleted the text.
Unbelievable to me that alcatel continues to get away with it.
Apparently there is a class action lawsuit being launched against them... And rightly so. It's not right that our cell phone service has to police third party cheats.
