Dissagree with being rejected to get a card

I've simply been rejected to get a Jcpenney charge card, I've a $25,000 Vehicle loan out, and experienced a $107,000 house loan this past year, and we're currently being qualified to get a $259,000 House building mortgage, and also the reason behind it was " I've insuffiecent credit rating... HMMMM doesn't sound-this method ben me... I AND INCREDIBLY dissapointed I had been simply at my lender two nights before for this mortgage... My credit ratings have INCREASED significantly through the years, I simply got a Mastercard within the email, three nights before... I completely am REALLY upset with this particular desicion you've created
