MagellanRX Emerald Marketing Ltd. And Live-Operator.com Took Me For a Ride For My Money, Heredia

I had ordered some meds last year in May from Magellanrx. It took about a month and a half to receive my order. I did receive it.

Then this year I decided to order again in March. I placed my order about the 16th. I waited for them to fill the order which was in the box on the site with my account. Then it also stated the estimated arrival date which was April 6th. I waited and waited and waited. Everyday I waited for the mail. I thought nothing of it because when I ordered before I did receive my order. Last year I ordered meds for about $35.00. This time with me trusting them I ordered meds for $500.00. This is very upsetting for me for not receiving my order.

I did call the number and emailed from the site many times. Then I found a small icon at the very end of the site when you place an order. I talked to someone and they would have refunded my money only if I paid with a check online not a visa card. So I called the bank and had them look up the charge in March. They gave me the number listed and I called many times and left messages and no response. I looked up the website of live-operator.com and sent emails and no response. Now I have the address thank god I did not throw the package away.

I think that they are somewhat ligitamate site because I did receive the first order, but I think customs may kept it or sent it back is what I am guessing. The thing is that is so weird is that no responding phone numbers or email addresses. This is to the magellan website and the credit card collectors.

I think the problem lies with some of the credit card collecting agencies that do not want to refund anyone their money. I think that If you did not receive your purchase was due to customs. Possibly Magellan having an overload of orders because my first order was in a weird hand written manilla envelope.By the way I have the exact address where the purchase came from (Costa Rica/Central America). Which I am going to write them. I want exeryone know what exactly what happened to me. Hopefully something will be done about these problems that all of us had in this same situation. If you have similar problems like this with this site I talked about or any other please spread the word. Thanks.
