AKAI TV's/Customer Service are TERRIBLE - AKAI Plasma TV

I would NOT recommend buying this TV - after spending $1200 it broke and they will not replace or warranty the part.in addition, every time I called their customer service line I had to wait over 30 minutes before someone answered.
