I rented to Ms. Kimbery Neely RN, a traveling nurse during her stay at Lower Keys Medical Center. My place was furnished, immaculately clean and safe. I let her move in with just the first month's rent and let her finance the security deposit. She was given a stipend from the hospital for housing ($1500. Mo) and given a generous salary. On the second month she did not have the rent or the security deposit. Same on the third and consecutive months. I have other tenants in the building that complained to me about her alcohol and drug fueled benders that would go on for three days at a time after which she would go to work as a RN without rest. She was always short on the rent and I believe she was spending her money on partying.
Repo people began coming around looking for her car which made me nervous about her ability to pay rent. I finally gave her notice to leave. She immediately cut off all communication with me and had her aunt call me and tell me she was in a financial hardship and assured me I would be paid for utilities and damages in the house and that the house would be cleaned upon her leaving.
Well that never happened. She ripped me off for over $600.in utilities, left the house a mess with needles and used condoms under the bed, nasty toothpaste spit in the sink and in general a house that looked like a real pig lived there. If you do not want this to happen to you, do not rent to Kimberly Neely RN a traveling nurse. She is a loser.
